At Elite Acacia Transfer, we provide transport in many important instances, but none more so than for weddings. 

As a company providing luxury chauffeur-driven rides around the East Midlands, to airports and railway stations or just around town, we are used to doing it with style and punctuality, but we know the most important occasions are weddings

Enjoying a big day out is important, of course, and nobody wants to miss an important meeting or be scrambling to get to the airport departure lounge in time. Yet no day matters more than your wedding day. That’s why having a great wedding car hire service matters so much. 

Ironically, of course, the tradition is to make considerable allowance for tardiness on behalf of the bride. But that will certainly not happen on our account. Whether it is picking you up or getting you to the ceremony venue, we will never keep you waiting.

Making sure nothing goes wrong

We know that the day can start with a lot of anxiety about what might go wrong, which is no surprise because we’ve all heard stories about the kind of thing that might have happened with other weddings:

Such occurrences can detract from the day and cars all sorts of unnecessary angst. True horror stories include that of a wedding in York in 2018 where the suspension of the car broke, leading to delays in the bridge getting to the venue and almost needing to use a police van that had turned up at the scene. 

We can avoid all of these issues by good preparation, training and through hiring people with the right attitude and professionalism.

Planning for groups

It is not just getting the bride to the service on time that matters. We also provide transport for wider wedding parties to get them to the service and reception. That can mean multiple cars, or even an executive coach.

In these cases, the same high standards will still apply. Each and every vehicle will be looking pristine and all the drivers will be smart, courteous, professional and on-time. 

Of course, there are many other things that can go awry with a wedding, from the best man losing the rings to the wedding cake toppling over at the reception, but when it comes to getting everyone where they need to be, when they need t be there, with style and no worries, we have completely mastered the art.
